In-Store Purchases

Please refer to your store receipt for specific return terms.

Online Purchases

Please head to your customer profile to complete our self-serve return service, or submit a returns request form. 

We will happily refund items purchased online that are not suitable if you return them to us unworn, in perfect condition, and within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Items must be returned with all labels intact.
  • All items must be in their original packaging.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on earrings, jewellery, accessories, hats, bodysuits, underwear, or swimwear.

How to Return (Post or In-Store)

Online purchases can be returned by post or directly in-store. Please return all postal goods to:

Note on Postage: If returning your item by post, please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office. Without this, we cannot issue a refund if your parcel is lost in transit.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 5 working days from the day your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Note that refund clearance times are dictated by card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

Reference the Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days, beginning the day following receipt of your order.
