· All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

· Goods are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and you will not be charged.

· Promotions available in our retail store may not be available online, and vice versa.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where product information — including pricing or promotional details — has been published in error.

4. Your Consumer Rights

As a consumer purchasing goods from us, you are protected by UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under these rights:

· If goods are found to be faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website:

· You will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.

· A contract between us is formed only at the point of dispatch, at which time payment will be taken.

· Please ensure all your details are correct before confirming your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been submitted.

· Any promotional code applied will be shown on your order confirmation and invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Reasons for non-acceptance may include: the product being out of stock, inability to obtain payment authorisation, or an error in product or pricing information. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.

6. Cancellation Rights

As an online (distance) retailer, we comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
