If you are not happy with your online purchase please submit a returns request form.
We will refund items purchased online that are not suitable if you return them to us unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Items must be returned with all labels intact. All items should be in their original packaging.
SALE ITEMS are non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on earrings, jewellery, accessories, hats, bodysuits, underwear or swimwear.

Please allow 5 working days from the day your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been completed.
If returning your item by post please ensure that you have a proof of posting certificate from your post office. Without this, we cannot refund you if we do not receive your parcel.
